What Hispanic parents think about teen car crashes

Hispanic teens currently make up 20 percent of the American teenage population – a number which is expected to continue growing. The Allstate Foundation conducted a survey to help us understand the needs of Hispanic parents who are teaching their teens to drive. Results showed 23 percent of Hispanic parents are not very familiar with the teen driving laws in their state, but they’d like to learn more. Seventy percent said they would attend an in-person seminar to learn about their state’s teen driving laws, compared to 34 percent of white parents.
